Banana, Almond and Oats Smoothie
YIELD: Makes 2-16 oz. smoothies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup - vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup - Quaker rolled oats
3/4 cup - vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup - honey
2 - bananas, cut in half and frozen
1/3 cup - almond butter
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in the blender and pulse until the bananas are broken up, now blend on high until all the ingredients are combined to a smooth creamy consistency. You can add additional soy milk if needed to blend the smoothie completely.
Serve immediately.
TIP
You can substitute regular milk, almond or coconut milk if you prefer.
