It's crazy to think that families everywhere are preparing to go back to school, but here we are. Whether your kids are kicking off the school year in a building or at a distance, we all know the importance of fueling our students so that they can succeed at school and beyond, and honey can help!

Providing 17 grams of carbohydrates (the primary fuel the body uses) per tablespoon, honey is a great natural energy booster that will power little learners through their day. And because of its incredible taste and versatility, it’s easy to incorporate honey into your child’s diet from breakfast and lunch, to after-school snacks and dinner. This week we’re planning an entire day of honey-inspired eats that will fuel your student from breakfast through to dinner.

Breakfast

There is no denying the importance of a good breakfast. As its name suggests, our Honey, Nut Butter & Banana Sandwich is filled with good-for-you ingredients and power-packed with natural energy to fuel your student's day!

Lunchbox Snack

Granola bars have always been a popular snack to toss your kid's lunchbox, and these Chewy Honey Bars are the perfect grab-and-go treat. Made with wholesome ingredients and completely customizable, they are sure to become a favorite!

Lunch

Ham and cheese sandwiches have been a lunchbox staple for as long as there have been lunchboxes. Our Ham and Cheese Lettuce Roll-Ups with Honey Mustard Sauce are a kid-friendly and nutritious twist on the lunchtime favorite.

After-School Snack

Few meals are more beloved than the after-school snack - students wait all day for it! Surprise your student after a long day with this fun and delicious Apple Nachos with Honey topped with their favorite treats like chocolate chips, nut butter, and shredded coconut.

Dinner

There's no better way to wrap up the day than gathering the family around the dinner table to share a favorite meal. Our Honey BBQ Baked Chicken Tenders are simple to make together and bring comfort to all as we transition into this new season.
