Ginger Honey Mocktail
YIELD: Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
4 tsp. - ginger
1/4 cup - lime juice
2 T - honey
chili flakes, optional
2 cups - seltzer water
DIRECTIONS
Peel the ginger and grate it using a microplane.
In a small bowl, combine the grated ginger, lime juice, honey and chili flakes. Let the mixture sit for a 3-4 minutes to infuse the flavors.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and with a small mesh strainer, pour the ginger-lime mixture over the ice. Top it off with sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine all of the ingredients.
