INGREDIENTS
1 to 2 T - honey
1/2 cup - water
1/2 cup - low fat coconut milk
1/2 cup - pineapple chunks
1/2 cup - ice
1 scoop - whey protein, vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend and enjoy!
